Show up. Follow the structure. Engage with the coaching for your first 30 days.
If you don’t feel stronger, more capable, and clearer about your training than when you started, then I clearly haven’t done my job well enough, and I’ll refund your first month in full. No awkward conversations. No questions.
In 8 years of training and coaching, I’ve never had to honour that guarantee with a client who actually did the work.
That’s not a boast. It’s the point.
What “doing the work” looks like
I’m not asking you to be perfect. I’m asking you to show up consistently and use the coaching the way it’s designed to be used. Specifically:
Complete at least 80% of your programmed sessions in your first four weeks. If you’re on three sessions a week, that means missing no more than two across the 4 weeks. The programme only works if you’re in it.
Log your sessions in the Everfit app. This is how I track what’s happening and how you see your own progress building week to week.
Submit at least one form check video. This is the single most valuable part of the coaching. It’s how I see you move, correct what needs correcting, and make sure your next phase is programmed around how your body actually works… not how a template assumes it does.
Why these conditions exist
I could offer a no questions asked refund. But that would let someone skip half their sessions, never send a form check, never actually use the coaching, and then call it a fair trial.
These conditions aren’t hoops. They’re the minimum it takes for the training to do its job. Remove that variable and the structure speaks for itself.
That’s why 8 years, zero refunds.
How to claim
If you’ve met the conditions above and genuinely don’t feel stronger, more capable, and clearer about your training after 30 days, email me directly. No forms. No friction. No retention call trying to talk you out of it. You ask, I refund. The guarantee applies to your first month only.
