These terms govern your use of the online coaching services and digital courses provided by Rebuild with Ricky (“I”, “me”, “my”), a trading name of RW Online Ltd, based in Suffolk, England. By signing up to the coaching programme or purchasing a digital course, you (“you”, “the client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. The service
Rebuild with Ricky provides two types of service:
Online coaching delivered through the Everfit platform. Everfit is a third party software provider that hosts and manages the application through which your coaching is delivered. I build and manage all programming, content, and coaching within the app. Everfit is not responsible for the coaching itself.
The coaching service includes personalised programming updated approximately every four weeks, unlimited form check video reviews, and direct coaching support during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time). I may respond outside these hours but do not guarantee it. Coaching is delivered remotely. I do not supervise your sessions in person and rely on the information, videos, and feedback you provide to guide your programming.
Digital courses sold through the Rebuild with Ricky course platform. Courses are self-paced digital products delivered online. Unless otherwise stated, courses do not include personalised coaching support, individual programming, or form check reviews. Any inclusions beyond the core course content will be clearly stated on the course sales page at the time of purchase.
2. Health, fitness, and your responsibility
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. This is true of all training, however well designed and however carefully delivered.
By signing up or purchasing you confirm that:
You are in good health and physically capable of undertaking strength and movement training, and you are not aware of any medical condition, injury, or other reason that would make exercise unsafe for you.
You will seek advice from a qualified medical professional before starting if you have any doubt about your fitness to train, and you will stop and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom during training.
You understand that all programming within both the coaching service and digital courses is self regulated. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate exercise variation and intensity for your own ability on any given day, using the easier and harder options provided, and for working within your own limits.
You accept the inherent risks associated with physical training and take responsibility for managing your own safety, environment, and equipment during sessions.
You will give me accurate and complete information about your health, injuries, and ability, and keep me updated if anything changes, as my programming relies on it.
3. Medical conditions and pregnancy
If you have an existing medical condition, are recovering from injury or surgery, or are pregnant or postpartum, you must obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional before starting and disclose this to me. I am a coach, not a medical practitioner, and nothing in the programme or any digital course constitutes medical advice or treatment.
4. Limitation of liability
I take the safety of my coaching seriously and deliver it to a professional standard. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the coaching programme or any digital course, including injury resulting from your failure to follow guidance, train within your limits, disclose relevant health information, or seek appropriate medical advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Payment and billing
Online coaching is charged at the current published monthly rate, billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By signing up you authorise these recurring monthly payments. I do not store or have direct access to your payment card details.
Digital courses are sold at the price displayed on the course sales page at the time of purchase. Course purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Promotional or founding member pricing is valid only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Cancellation — online coaching
You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time directly within the Everfit app before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund payments already made, except as set out in the Guarantee below. There is no minimum commitment period. Most clients train for three to six months or longer, but you are free to leave at any time.
7. Digital course access and cancellation
Upon purchase you will receive access to the digital course via the Rebuild with Ricky course platform. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
Course access is provided on an ongoing basis unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to update, amend, or retire course content. Where material changes are made to a course you have purchased, I will communicate those changes to you.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the digital content. By accessing the course content following purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your rights under the 30-day money back guarantee set out below.
8. The 30-day money back guarantee
Online coaching: New clients are eligible for a full refund of their first month within 30 days of joining, subject to the following conditions. You must have completed at least 80% of your programmed sessions in your first four weeks, logged those sessions in the app, and submitted at least one form check video. If you have met those conditions and do not feel stronger, more capable, and clearer about your training, email me directly and I will process your refund. The guarantee applies to your first month only.
Digital courses: If you purchase a digital course and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions. You must contact Ricky, via Instagram, or email, requesting you would like a refund for your course. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and cannot be used more than once per customer.
9. Intellectual property
All programming, video content, course materials, guides, training logs, and other resources provided through either the coaching service or digital courses are my intellectual property and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of them in any form without my prior written consent.
10. The Everfit platform
Your coaching is accessed through the Everfit app. Your use of the Everfit platform is also subject to Everfit’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which are separate from these terms. I am not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of the Everfit platform itself, though I will do what I can to resolve any issues that affect your coaching experience.
11. Course platform
Digital courses are currently delivered via Horizons by Hostinger. Your use of the course platform is subject to Hostinger’s own terms of service and privacy policy. I am not responsible for the availability or performance of the platform itself, though I will do what I can to resolve any issues that affect your access to course content.
12. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and course purchasers. Continued use of the service or course platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
